About
SmartClick is a medical imaging tool designed for the segmentation and analysis of liver cysts. It combines automated deep learning-based segmentation with interactive optimization capabilities, allowing medical professionals to quickly and accurately measure liver cyst volumes in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
This project was presented at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) and has been published in the journal Tomography.
